How many times have you downloaded stuff from the internet, taken screenshots or saved documents, only to struggle to find them among other files? FileBo is made to save you time, giving you quick access to all your recent files in one spot.

This is the main panel where FileBo displays all your recently created, downloaded, or modified files.

Full File Path
Knowing the file path and file size can help you identify the selected file even if its name is unclear.
Picture this: you get a file through Airdrop. Where did your Mac save it? You recorded a Zoom meeting. Where's the video file? You took a screenshot a few minutes ago. How do you find it among all the other files?
Every day, our computers are packed with tons of files we need at different times. Some we make ourselves, while others come from the internet or are sent through chat apps and social media.
When it's time to use a specific file, we've got to remember where we saved it and what it's called. It could be on the desktop, in the Downloads folder, or even Dropbox. It is hard.
That's why we made FileBo – to save you from the headache of searching for these files. FileBo is a pop-up window that shows all the recent files you've created or changed on your Mac. No more searching, just finding!

Track your Cloud documents
FileBo can work with documents and spreadsheets from Google Docs. When creating or modifying any documents, they will be displayed in the FileBo window. This is very convenient, as you don't have to search for the file in the browser.
* To allow FileBo to access your Google Docs, the Google Drive application must be installed on your Mac. Please note that the "Mirror files" option in the application settings must be enabled for proper file synchronization.
Hide all junk
Sometimes you work with files that you don't want to appear in the recent files list. In this case, you can hide them. The Ignore List helps you customize FileBo to display only what you really need and ignore everything else.
You can remove entire folders from your Recent Files list, as well as specific files or all files with a certain extension.
Simple navigation
FileBo offers a file type filter to help you navigate recent files more easily. You can choose to display all recent files or filter them by images, folders, documents, videos, or audio files.
Keep the good stuff
Each of us has files that we open more often than others. These may include folders with projects, specific applications, or documents.
FileBо offers the ability to show such files in a dedicated "Favorites" panel. Regardless of the application you're using, you can always access these files without having to go through the Finder.
The Favorites panel can contain up to 10 links to your favorite files. You can sort them as you like by holding down the Option key.
Favorites, Compact or Extended
FileBo has three display modes. The first one shows recent files and the Favorites panel. The second one displays only recent files in a compact view. The third one is an expanded view that can show more files.
You can switch between these three modes using the keyboard shortcuts Cmd+1, 2, and 3, respectively.
